Nutanix .Next Conference 2020 is approaching fast. This online and free event will provide a great amount of sessions from inspirational and thought provoking key-notes to in-depth technical sessions.

I have created a top 10 list of sessions out of all available content and things to do that I find most interesting. That might be due to me knowing the speaker as a great presenter, new technology in the Nutanix Portfolio or just areas of technology that interest me or are simply hot!

    September 10th from 09:00 to 10:30
    This is cheating a bit, it’s not a breakout nor a pure technical session… but this is a MUST SEE for me. Author Simon Sinek is joining our CEO Dheeraj on stage to do a crash-course in optimism. And who can’t use a bit of optimism in these times. Oh, and check the line-up of speakers, there is more you want to see!

  2. Nutanix Era Deep Dive: One-Click Database-as-a-Service
    September 9th from 10:50 to 11:30
    The sessions is about ERA, that allows to easily and very fast deploy, upgrade and clone databases. It supports many database platforms like MS SQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL.

    September 9th from 10:50 to 11:30

    I really like IoT as I have a tiny mini micro version at home with my domotica setup. And the work this team is doing in creating a platform to deploy your smart edge application on is just awesome. From deployment to data pipes and data lakes. We featured speaker Emil Nilson in a recent Repost Monday for his crash course IoT. If you feel like a small warm up to this session that might be a nice start.

  9. Deep Dive: Understanding Xi Leap Architecture and Network Connectivity Choices

    Hybrid is everywhere, and one of the more seen use cases is Disaster Recovery in the Cloud. Nutanix has an option for this with Xi Leap. DR as a Service with data centers all over the world, including EMEA. How does this work, and how do you get connections going? This session has you covered!
